Terms and conditions for engagements
The time we spend together reflects the agreed engagement duration. For longer journeys, travel-related expenses and additional time may apply. For distances exceeding 50 km or engagements of 24 hours or more, a deposit of 50% is required in advance.
In case of cancellation or rescheduling, any deposit paid — minus costs already incurred — may be credited toward a future booking within six months. All incidental expenses during an engagement are to be covered by the client.
Payments can be made in cash, via bank transfer, or PayPal (plus service fees where applicable). All rates include VAT valid at the time of booking.
